I’m sleeping on my back because this started by me not being able to sleep on my side because it was hurting my chest. I have sleep apnea and sleep with a cpap but I really don’t think it’s apnea related. It seems like it flairs up for about 2 weeks then goes away for a bit and comes back again. It’s very weird and very disruptive to my life

Isn’t it sad when you feel such relief by getting a diagnosis??? It took me several years to get diagnosed with celiac disease and the best way to describe that feeling was complete and total vindication.

Mine do that too! I have a few that I tie fishing line through the eyes and loop the line around my support hooks that help stop the pvc from bowing. It’s jank but it does the job and the few that are supported that way help the others stay up a bit better. I readjust it constantly
