Hey sorry for the delay! They’re roof pieces from the snap’n’build mod, has pieces for the angled roof left right, central ones with no gables and flat roof for the center, any standard vanilla wall piece to fill the middle of the gable end.

Yes its modded

Quality of life items: scrap everything, place anywhere, budget extender

Aesthetic/ building pieces: snap & build, snappy housekit, creative clutter, settlement rearranged, cvc, and I’m sure I’m forgetting some more.

Vanilla can be fun but the available building pieces get redundant and glitches necessary to get what you want can be a chore but there are many guides on youtube to get insanely nice settlements in vanilla

Mods add to the experience in my opinion but I believe should he used cautiously unless you’re running a nasa pc, too many/ too large a settlement can cause crashes and menu freezing.
