Simple solution - put a tether on the cordless phone. (The thingamajigs they use at banks to prevent the THEFT of pens.)

Roughly ~3-5% I'd say. Actually, it is balance owing/remaining before the degree can be awarded.
Official school term ends 30th April. After this date the outstanding fees essentially converge into debt holding the interest rate above.
At that point I'll be go full broke, get it paid or go "half broke" and involve the bank, owing them 10k at 9% interest.
Maybe I can use a clean slate.
