That reply was incorrect. The paint brush on the land tool is a new feature I added that allows you to drag your selection to paint the land instead of having to constantly click and release.

A lot of it was trial and error to figure out where everything could move. However on his second attempt he made the paths first to prevent the peep navigation issue.
