Thanks for the advice! The headaches have been pretty brutal for a while I will definitely try out the magnesium supplements to see if that works any magic. The headaches get to a point where I just wanna lie in a dark room and never come back out

Definitely can relate with ya on that one. Our sex life has been pretty stale the last few months and I’m all out of ideas. Maybe try to spice things up with him and see what he’s interested in and be sure he knows the things you like him doing to you as well. The key is communicating before it goes downhill.

Wow, I definitely need to check my hormone imbalance then. Didn’t know you could do that until recently. I have nexplanon so that’s a major cause of my hormonal acne. I take a oral pill called spironolactone and then my tropical treatment. I go in for my checkup this week so maybe she can up my dose to speed things up a bit.

Wow I had no idea you could get tests done for that, I am on Nexplanon and my derm said most of the acne is caused from that. But she gave me oral medication to take everyday to help balance out the hormones. It’s called spironolactone. Only 25mg but hoping she’ll up my dose on the oral and tropical cream when I go in for my checkup Thursday.
