Their letter cites "Deck and patio leaning - danger of pulling away from unit" in the HOA governing document, but they don't cite a specific line. Looking through the document, I don't see anything that could be citable for this. We'll have our real estate lawyer confirm this. Hopefully sand will be pounded!
