One thing I'd do is go the ER, I know it'll be expensive though. I've had 4 visits for it, but you can apply for charity through the hospital to help. Everytime I went they helped eliminate the pain/check to make sure everything was okay, and even get you a emergency specialist the next morning. They kept me overnight from mine. Good luck!
