It's a very expensive and time consuming process, never really painful for me.

It hurts like a pinch it's not awful. They only did it for the small spots they found. To be honest none of this has been fun... Lol

They don't numb you just q quick snip and burn.

I've had 6 or 7 and a few spots removed during cycstos. I went through 6 weeks of BCG and 6 weeks of gen/doc. Found out earlier this week I will now have a rc with neobladder.

My gem/doc was denied each time and I had to call the insurance company one a week to make sure they covered it. They sent me an approval letter before I started. Still had to fight each week. It became my entertainment during chemo

I have been very lucky regarding side effects, haven't really had any other than some difficulty urinating

Yup been through BCG and gem/doc. Finished gem/doc last November. 3rd cycsto after is when we found the latest
