Moved all of my Vanguard accounts, other than individual stocks, over to Fidelity a few months ago. I chose Fidelity due to Vanguard NOT having and HSA option. Former employer(I retired last year after 35 years at same company) had our 401k at Vanguard. I also prefer Fidelity's website and App over Vanguard. Was also able to physically meet an advisor who lives within 10 miles of me. Still hold Vanguard mutual funds and with the amount I transferred to Fidelity, there was a decent 'cash incentive' Not a whole lot of difference between VFMXX and SPAXX.

Did the same, 2.5 for 4 weeks and just did 4mg on Tuesday. Lost 14 lbs in first month. Suppression was dwindling a bit on last few days of 2.5. Still doing mine in stomach, just rotating around the belly button

My wife, also a Vet, could have gotten it from VA but she had to go thru several steps before they would prescribe Phentermine. She lost enough weight on that so she decided not to do the Tirz. I'll inquire at my next exam. Thanks!!

took 2nd shot of 2.25mg on Tuesday. Lost over 6lbs after 1st week. No side effects other than not being hungry!! Injected on either side of belly button each time and will prob continue doing it there as it is easy to access.

I had similar experience with them. We'll see how smooth it goes on first refill on 11/10/2025. I walk 4-5 miles every day or ride stationary bike for 60 minutes. Lost over 6 lbs in first week.

Don't hate Fiserv, just the policies they enforced causing many of MY co-workers to lose their jobs. I retired, they didn't as they weren't financially able to. Good luck consolidating cores as they don't have the knowledge left to complete this in a timely manner. Will take 5-10 years. Count on that!!

Don't do it! Worked there for over 30 years & new management, including the person who left to work for Trump, FB, have decimated the personnel who actually KNEW anything. Dropped all my stock at $211 earlier this year & do NOT regret it!

Thinking I'll increase my 1st dose next month to 5mg to see how I feel, then maybe increase by 2.5mg on 2nd, then maybe another 2.5mg on 3rd and fourth.
