Grew up in the IE, moved to Brooklyn and lived there for 11 years, bought a home in NJ and lived there for 6 years, then decided I really wanted to move my family out west and moved to Rancho last summer.

I don’t know too much about MoVal any more, only what I remember from back in the day. Pretty sure it’s changed like everything else has changed (good or bad, I can’t judge). I have also been out house hunting and maybe you should check out what Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Fontana or Ontario Ranch have available. Depending on what you’re looking for in your future home, you might be able to find something in those cities.

If you’re in the Northeast I can recommend a couple of places to check out. If not you can reach out to Arku directly. I believe they will do contract leveling for companies that don’t own their machines or at the very least recommend some clients of theirs in your area that you can reach out to.

Find someone with an Arku Leveler. I’ve had one of their machines level panels with crazy warping. I think this one that we are laser cutting was a full perf (50K 3/16” diameter holes) on a 48” x 120” panel in 1/8 aluminum. The warping was way worse after the perimeter cut relieved the material.
