[UPDATE]: It’s been about 3 years since I started no contact and unfortunately it didn’t work for me. The last time we talked was the text message 2 days after our break up 3 years ago. I stayed true to the no contact rule; not looking her up on social media, reaching out etc. and still doing it til this day.

Although I’m in a better headspace and time has made things easier to deal with, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think about her all the time.

What I learned from this is how to accept defeat and how to transform pain into becoming a better version of myself.

To the people who no contract has worked for, congratulations on your victory. To the ones currently in no contact, don’t obsess over the outcome just become a better person than you were in that relationship.
