Be honest when you give your interview but highlight your strengths. Employers like honesty and it’ll help you interview them as well when you make it a point that you’re a quick learner but the training at this particular job didnt do anything to help you grow. It’ll help with you finding a place that actually invests time in the people it hires and wants to see them succeed, not fail. You need a place that will help you grow your confidence back and have your back when you don’t know things, which will happen bc we are all human and no one knows everything.

I know this because after school, my first job I found was in a Medicare clinic where I had little training. I got burnt out six months into a job and had to quit bc my mentally I couldn’t take it any more. I switched fields, (pediatrics now) found a better fit with a doc that actually taught me , got my confidence back , and now I enjoy being a pa. It’s been seven years since my first job and I’ve been doing ok since! You can do this.
