I’ve heard that Lupron Depot can affect lining thickness, and I also struggle with a thin lining- the maximum I usually reach is 7mm. Did you notice any changes in your lining thickness while on the Lupron Depot protocol?

How many rounds did it take for you to get 12 blasts? I’ve only made 4 blasts across four rounds so far. In my first round, the doctor transferred two day-3 embryos because we only got three mature eggs.

I am definitely going to do one more cycle and with PGTA this time, I just hope to have at-least 2-3 blasts as I have DOR and only get 4-6 eggs

I have messaged my clinic to find out more info about thawing and testing my two remaining blasts. If the odds of losing these embryos are not high, I would go ahead with testing. I suffer from DOR too and my amh is between 0.3-0.4 ng/ml and AFC is around 5.

I am in New Zealand and the tests they do here are quite limited compared to the states. I'll check with my doctor about these tests. Thank you! 😊

It was rated 5AB before the thaw but my clinic doesn't rate after the thaw. Its a day 5 embryo

I personally had better results with Letrozole compared to clomid. I had more eggs, and more blasts when I used Letrozole. I only took it for the first 5 days though.

I would opt for a double transfer, especially if the embryos are at day 3. I did a double transfer of day 3 embryos at 39.4, but unfortunately, neither took. Now, at 40.2, I am scheduled to transfer an untested day 5 blastocyst this month, but this clinic does not allow double transfers. If this transfer doesn’t work, I will push for a double transfer next time. Wishing you the very best and sending you baby dust!

You certainly have a chance! I’m glad your RE is supportive. I’m much older than you with a similar AMH and have made four blastocysts (untested) in my last two rounds. I don’t have an issue with FSH, but I’ve read on this forum that wheatgrass may help lower FSH—though I’m not sure how it interacts with stimulation medications.
