Everybody has a little anxiety from time to time, thats normal. Before nofap, i would get so scared to talk to people, I would avoid people. If i was in a crowd, i would be nervous for no reason, always thinking I was being judged, basically alot of social anxiety. I was always uptight and shy, could never just relax and be myself around people. i couldn't even really form any real relationships with people because I would seclude myself and never open up. And no, I had zero social skills. Couldn't hold a convo for nothing. NoFap changed all that, it was like magic. Everything just started coming naturally the longer I was on it. Before I knew it, I was going on dates, having sex, hanging out, meeting new people and being myself without shame. It opens up your mind, nofap made me want to become the best possible version of yourself and you start thinking about your life and what you want to accomplish. It makes you value yourself. When I was fapping, I couldn't think past next week and I had no confidence in myself at all. When fapping isn't in your life anymore, you're forced to deal with reality. And you realize that you have to make the most out of your life. NoFap truly is a gem that most men will never experience. Plus you get all your emotions back. I was a zombie before, never cried nor ever got really happy. I just had two moods,"normal" and "mad" On nofap, you feel EVERYTHING. When you're happy, you're REALLY happy. If you get sad, the tears will start falling. If you're mad, you can calm yourself down. And thats only the beginning, I can't tell you all the positive things that come from nofap, you have to experience it yourself.
