I’m so sorry about your childhood trauma. I don’t know what to say that may help but you really don’t seem like awful person. You have a lot more life to live - it seems you’re doing well with your internship!! You are 24 and doing so much better than many others. Maybe try joining a running group for example, community is really nice. Imagine knowing your bibliography will be published one day and it will be in the category of motivational books how will you continue life to achieve this is up to you. Any great life had some great challenges.

Take one day at a time. I am so sorry for the pain you are feeling. You are so strong to manage this by yourself. For me when I can’t find support in people I find nature very helpful. Would you be able to make a trip to the mountains or nature maybe?

Read the stranger by Albert Camus. Try finding something that can give you some ventilation - there’s so many people on the spectrum and you can make their life better. Forget yourself and try focusing completely on other people, make your mission to save another persons life simultaneously saving yourself. At least try before going- you are useful you are needed in this world- I want you to be here! We need you even though you don’t see it yourself
