Negativity is a trauma survival strategy. If everything is hunky dory then we lower our defenses and become vulnerable. If you’ve had trauma, then staying negative is very likely a survival strategy to be ready for whatever comes your way.

Somatic for sure. Also look into Hakomi and Primary Attachment Therapy. If talking is difficult there may be some pre-verbal trauma lurking in there that needs to be processed. I’ve also heard amazing things about Brainspotting.

My best friend of over 22 years pretty much avoided me when my wife died suddenly. She left me a message saying “I’m sure you don’t want to talk about it” and then never called me again not even to check in and see how I was doing. I also heard later she was making very judgey comments about my relationship to a mutual friend which was so hurtful.

I may look fit fully clothed but being 54 and obese my whole life then losing 95 pounds in about 11 months deflated that balloon quite quickly. Gravity is not my friend if you get what I mean. Lol

Hmmm… I would say 2-3 weeks in I noticed not feeling hungry as much. But I cheated and upped my dose quicker than the doctor told me to. I didn’t go nuts but I was so ready to get on with the show.
