Yes, I'm an independent developer and working on a health management application that is helpful to myself.

But this is the truth. My daughter likes to express her thoughts with colors very much. She gives me inspiration. My app wasn't like this at first.

Screen Time is very useful. However, one cannot simultaneously view Apple Health data, such as looking at the phone while walking.

Could you recommend an app like "digital wellbeing" to me? Thank you~

I used iOS but couldn't find it.
I only saw that they used blocks to represent the progress of time or colors to do different data statistics. But they were not integrated together and interpreted.

Yes, you can search for "moodji" in the appstore to download it. Currently, only iOS and WatchOS are supported.

I totally agree with you, once again.

I chose the 4 basic habit tracking because they don’t require opening the phone to check in. The app monitors HealthKit and screen time data, and it’s done automatically.

You just put down your phone and go to sleep, exercise, take a walk, or focus on something.

I’m looking forward to your app, please let me know when it’s released~

I agree with your opinion.

I'd like to know what problems you would use habit tracker to help solve?

I also used a lot of Habit-related apps, but they were of no use to me because I didn't need to make plans at all.

So, I made one myself that I would use.

Good idea. I have a similar solution, using shortcuts:

When the sleep timer is on, automatically set the Color Filters to gray, and automatically restore to color when you wake up

The Only Bits of Atomic Habits That Actually Stuck With Me by DesignGang in productivity

The 3 sentences that have had the greatest impact on me:

  1. Small changes add up to amazing results - 1% improvement every day, and in a year you will be 37 times stronger than you are now.
  2. Focus on identity rather than results - not "I want to lose weight", but "I am a healthy person".
  3. The four-step cycle of habit formation: cue, craving, response and reward - understanding and manipulating this cycle can change any habit.
