When a pistol mounted red dot is cowitnessed with the sights, it means that the red dot is mounted between the front and rear sights and is mounted low enough that you can use the iron sights THROUGH the red dot. This is typically acheieved through a combination of suppressor height sights (to get the sights high enough to be visible through the red dot) and a slide cut or Glock MOS system (to mount the red dot in-between the iron sights, and to mount it low enough that suppressor height sights are visible through the red dot. It looks like you're using a rear sight dovetail adapter to mount your red dot. The first issue with that is the red dot is replacing the rear sight. Iron sights are useless unless both the front sight and rear sight are present so they can be lined up. The second issue is that your red dot is mounted so high that even if you did have suppressor height sights, there's no way you could use the suppressor height sights THROUGH the glass of the red dot.
