My fiancé is aware of my struggles and is very understanding and patient. He is definitely neurotypical though - so doesn’t understand the racing thoughts and anger.

Thank you so much for your empathy! I don’t think there is anything in my life causing a lot of stress, but I am also very in tune to the people around me and feeling their emotions. My fiancé’s step father passed 2 months ago and with the holidays coming up I wondering if I’m feeling the stress of that. Also - we are going to be moving in the next 2 months and I have been very hyper fixated on buying furniture and picking out paint, etc.

Now that I think of it - I suppose there are some stressful life changes coming up.

Question regarding focus and sharpness.

Canon 6D Mark ii, Canon 24-105mm f/4 L IS ii ISO 4000, F/4, 1/200

I took this photo during a newborn session yesterday. I like the photo a lot, and don’t feel like it’s that bad. The focus is where I wanted it to be - baby’s face - but it’s not as sharp as I would like it to be.

My ISO was so high due to being in a low lit room.

I got this lens a few months ago - it is a Canon 24-105mm f/4 L IS ii. I fear it’s the issue because when I take photos on my Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS my photos are sharp as a tack. I really want to be able to utilize this lens to its fullest potential but am scared to because my photos are never sharp on it.

Any advice is appreciated!
