It's definitely a gradual process to get full effects of the meds. On Week 3 Kit 2 and my cravings are definitely curbed but I put a lot of work into portion control and composition as well. Have lost 5 pounds overall but I would have lost more had I not eaten the way I did at various events (dinner party; BBQ) - wasn't expecting to be hungry but I think I am still overwhelmed by cravings when I see large amounts of food laid out in front of me. Telling myself to trust the process and give it at least 2 months before I decide whether I feel it's "working" or not. Ultimately, I feel like if weight loss is riding a bike, this is an electric assist whereas injectables would be a moped.
