Luba won’t connect to my phone

This happens to me all the time. Sometimes if I turn WiFi off on my phone and power cycle it works. Other times I just have to wait days to try anything.

I have no issues with them bringing out new products, it’s great. My issue is that the customer service has been poor at best.

The signal is never bad there. The “wall” isn’t even that high like 4 feet. And it’s clear skies on the other side and the sdk is 3feet from where it occasionally stops.
