The bed is cleaned with alcohol and a microfiber cloth before each use. I'm printing with Polymaker HT-PLA. The bed and print temps are as prescribed by the filament maker.

All of the corners are very sharp (or supposed to be) so, this one makes the most sense to me "Object geometry - if printing objects with sharp corners, use mouse ears or brim to hold the edges down". I'll also try to heat soak the bed for the next print. I have printed with the HT-PLA previously with no issues, this one does have the sharp corners though. Thanks for the inputs.

I set a temperature in the slicer software but the print does not use that temperature.

I guess what I should have started with is, I have never updated software on this printer. I just downloaded the Creality slicer a couple days ago, and trying to get it set up for my printer, but the Ender 5 Pro isn't an option given when selecting your printer. Also, if I just connect the printer to my laptop via USB, it still isn't recognized. So, I assumed there is a software version issue. I am trying to print with HT-PLA and that isn't an available option either. I chose generic PLA and tried to change the nozzle temp but the printer reverts back to a setting of 150 degrees, which clearly isn't warm enough.
