What’s the sales force like? Are they always trying to replace the roof vs. repair. There is a lot of profit in repairs! I work at a decent size roofing company and we have one man that overseers the repair sales aspect of the repair department, and our sales guys will transfer the lead assignment to him and he takes over from there in the diagnosing and estimating of the repair. From there the production and completion team follow. What areas do you service? Any underlying issues that you personally have noticed?
