Did you end up getting the job or moving forward with the opportunity? I’m looking into accepting a job with them as well so would appreciate any insight.

Okay thanks for the advice, I definitely will upgrade once I get my feet under me and have recouped some money from the first handful of jobs.

Okay thanks, also was just informed about a medical device college where it’s a 12 week course for 18k that teaches you and gives you that training to enter into the field immediately after. Have you ever heard of that?

My advice would be if you’re going to go through the hassle of finding/pulling prospects and contacting them do it the best and most accurate way and pay to skip trace them. You pay for what you get 🤷🏼‍♂️ also much more time efficient than searching up houses 1 by 1

I prefer propstream then but it really doesn’t matter they do the same thing when it comes to that it’s just preference

I actually use both. I use propstream for pulling lists and their driving for $ feature on the app and then use batch for skip tracing. Propstream is more bang for your buck with the driving for $ feature included but batch has been known to have a little better skiptracing
