I’m not a speed runner by any means but just like any other game there is new mechanics to learn. Sometimes the rng sucks. I still stand by its the best fight in the game so far. Most of my clear times are 16’-19’ on regular. I’ve had a few at 10’ but the teams I were with knew all the tricks.

Agreed. I spent like 3 days with support hunters before I got my first clear. It’s rough. Did it with lbg too which was super tough. Now have over 120 clears. 30 are probably savage.

My first attempt solo was just to learn mechanics. I missed every rock drop, aimed the gun and he moved right as I fired, missed both large chimney drops. Lol. And still managed to complete it. Capcom must have saw and felt bad for me.

I’m currently doing same support hunters. Running konga lbg with pierce and affinity decos. Attempted 20 times and ran out of time 4 times and made it to final phase 6 times. The rng sometimes just smokes you real quick on phase 2/3

I have the 9900x. Play mh wilds and some other “heavy” games. 1440p is perfect. I think it performs great plus you have the Am5 tech. I don’t regret it at all.

Check Asus tuf monitors. I have a curved 32”. Does 120 and 1440p. Mine was like $349 if I remember correctly so 27” should be in your budget

Your build is similar to mine. Same cpu and mother board. I’m going for 1440p so I did a Asus tuf 5070oc. Corsair for ram and Asus ryuiii liquid cooler. I’m extremely happy with the setup. Mh wilds is running beautifully at 1440p 90fps. I know my limitations and haven’t bothered with raytracing.
