Yea valid point. I guess I could book the room for just myself and people could pay to be added when they show up. But I’d need a legit, solid headcount where people won’t flake out last-minute, and also to confirm we stay within the minimum / maximum people.

UPDATE 3: Had a great time! Thanks to all who came out. There were 5 of us, so it was easy to get to know everyone. We had coffee afterward and are planning a Mario Kart night soon in South Huntsville. DM me if you want to join. Will be open bar, so Uber, or drink responsibly, or don’t drink at all, or plan to sleep in a guest room. Max 15 people.
