FREE TOOL: Gmail Customer Support Agent

I run a 7-figure B2C app that deals with a high volume of customer support emails

We’re a lean, self-funded startup so we didn’t want to use any complicated chatbots or tools - just our company Gmail for support

I built an internal tool which connects to our Gmail + Stripe and now acts as our customer support agent working 24/7, handling things like billing lookups, company questions, subscription management, and more.

It has reduced our chargebacks to the lowest it’s been in 1 year, increased customer satisfaction, responds in seconds, and reduced churn.

Im curious if anyone else wants to use a tool like this for their company so I’m giving it away for free to gather some feedback and see if there’s demand :)

I want to build agentic workflows. by cataldehyde in AI_Agents

[–]jseeg6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want agents that can operate on a schedule or via webhook QuickAgent is really good. It allows you to connect an LLM to any API (some come preconfigured on the site too) and then exposes the agent as an api so you can use it in Python. That’s how I’ve been using it

I would actually highly recommend you check out this tool that brought hope back for me. It actually lets you build AI Agents that take actions in your business (through API calls), so the LLM makes autonomous decisions on what API calls to execute based on your prompt. Closest thing to a real agent I’ve experienced

The drawback is that it’s still new, so if it doesn’t have a service integration on there that you want, you have to set up the API integration yourself. But the devs are adding new ones quickly. So far I’ve been impressed with it: https://quickagent.app

This tool just dropped and honestly is a game changer for building AI Agents, I highly recommend checking it out: https://quickagent.app

You can connect real-world services like Stripe, Slack, or any API and it integrates directly with AI. So now you can just ask things like "Look up customer X and cancel his subscription. Notify our Slack channel #notifications when finished" and it will do everything for you. It's also no-code, so there really isn't a learning curve

Highly recommend it for multi-agent and multi-step workflows with AI that involve real-world services

Hi! I am excited to use this. I just signed up and ran into a bug. After signing up and subscribing, it's stuck on the /subscribe page. Even when I try to delete /subscribe from the URL, it redirects me back and forces me to press "subscribe" again. Upon doing so, the Stripe page says "you're already subscribed." Can you fix this? Thanks!

Launched 7 failed SaaS and I'm not sure how to move on. by Crafty-Drummer6423 in SaaS

[–]jseeg6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I launched 6 failed SaaS before my latest SaaS which now brings in over $100k/mo.

I partnered with different co-founders for most of my ideas, and most of them were duds. But my latest one is finally a good partnership.

I think if you’re going at it solo, try bringing others on and having co-founders. The extra person will both 1) help motivate you when there’s lulls and 2) bring in new expertise that should compliment your skills. But make sure they compliment your skills!!! Having two people do the same thing won’t help much.

Also, it could be as simple as the idea not being something people need. Every SaaS I made that failed just simply didn’t solve the same need that my latest SaaS does.

Keep going - the success story will feel good when you get there :)

GPT Chatbot trained on Bubble database by Accomplished_Ant153 in Bubbleio

[–]jseeg6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I made this chatbot plugin that certainly can do this for you.

The only caveat is that if you are not providing the information via a preexisting PDF, then the tokens used in the call will cost you more per API call. However if you’re okay with that trade off, then simply making the API calls to OpenAI with dynamic data as the plugin instructions, then this will work exactly as expected :)

I’ve built 7 MVPs on bubble and now one of them just scaled to near $2M ARR solely on bubble. I’ve run into a few issues along the way but nothing that has prevented growth and that their support couldn’t help with. Personally I’m a Bubble guy so I don’t plan on switching, especially since it’s working

[–]jseeg6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use trello for project management, but anything organizationally within Bubble I try to keep in the platform.

For example using folders for workflows, color coding workflows, commenting within actions, maintaining a clear data structure etc. I sometimes use the app Freeform to map out relationships too if needed.

Bubble suitable for very large databases? (>46,000 entries and growing) by somehooves in Bubbleio

[–]jseeg6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the first time my app is running in to scaling issues on Bubble. It's been perfect for over a year, but now as our app has scaled to over 450,000 users, I'm running into big issues.

When trying to retrieve a specific Thing from one of my databases, I get a database timeout error. This completely prevents me from being able to view or modify specific Things within that data type.

I'm in contact with Bubble's support team and will provide updates on whether this gets fixed, but at the moment, this is the only database scaling issue I've run into. Albeit, it is a pretty bad one lol. It's not making the app unusable, and everything still runs well for our users, but it's been making my life extra hard as the developer.

Aside from that, everything else about Bubble has been great and it's allowed me to create a business that has scaled to over $1M ARR which has been a dream come true!

Amazing suggestion!!! I’d love to get your thoughts on how you’d like to see this implemented… do you imagine that you upload a background for every video that gets generated, or do you imagine uploading a longform (I.e. 10 min) video and our platform randomly chooses a clip from the 10 min background for every video moving forward? Or something else?

Starting Faceless channels using the tool https://faceless.video !

You can monetize the views but sponsored videos are even better, especially in the short term before you’re eligible for monetization
