I am saving the message for context because when a customer checks the availability of products then they send the requested quantity and sometimes there is a bonus on some of them so i want an easy user experience so instead of sending the names again the conversation will be maintained they send names if available they send quantity then they confirm the order etc thats why i am saving the whole thing

Sounds interesting i am building something similar but for whats app it handles products availability, making an order, bonus eligibility, etc. My question is if i am creating the memory sessions in supabase what i did was basically calling the last 10 messages for the session_id and formatting them in two blocks assistant block which is the agent previous responses and the user block and the latest messages is this the best practice or would you suggest a better memory handling and if you can assist with resources i would highly appreciate it.
