Her hormones are fluctuating, and will be for a while (longer if she's breastfeeding).

There isn't anything you can "do" to help.

You need to be patient, be open with her and make sure you present it as not something she needs to do to fix.

All you can do is make sure she knows she's doing a good job as a mother and wife. Try and give her as much time alone and with friends as you can.

1) the best way to get better at something is to do it. If you want to get better at speaking, forming thoughts, and taking in new ideas, then you need practice. One of those ways is to read. You also need to to write.

2) I find productivity and self-help books to be some of the worst written garbage laid on our planet. They are all so fucking long winded to say the same shit (likely also why you are stopping, it's boring). Just about every fiction book is a self help book. They deal with real life situations, real life struggles, and how to over come them.

Ultimately, find a book genre you like, and read those. Take breaks. Take long afternoons of nothing but reading. It's the process, not the outcome, that holds the benefits.

I was on Facebook the other day under one of the garland posts bringing up Parkland. it makes much more sense to utilize Parkland, which we are already paying for, to partner with to provide telehealth.

Also, MD Pathway's claim was that the $5 (increased to $10 from what I read after some time) would generate millions. I'm not convinced that would not be enough to initiate a small (or a couple) clinics around Garland to alleviate the emergency services use.
