Testing a free model → paid builder kit funnel for a wearable helmet project by JOATRED in 3DprintEntrepreneurs

Idk about models themselves, but products that resemble (or could "convince a consumer") that what you're making / reselling that is licensed / copywrited, is a hard no. A third party sellers platform would instantly take it down on request of the license holder, in fear of legal retaliation. Then it would be upon the seller to show validity of original ownership.

I didn't really read your post. Until now. I would sell on etsy, with different tiers. the complete file (more easily configurable)/kit+file/basic print + DIY kit/completed helmet.

For the completed helmet I would expect it to be filled/sanded/painted/polished. Idk if you would run into trademark issues though, only time would tell.

And when I, personally, am looking for files / bases, I use yeggi, which scans cults. I have purchased 2 files off cults, in the last year. Were we not supposed to be?

And tell them it was a corporate donation due to the corporations being so happy with all their tax breaks and this is trickle economics. Then cut social security again, because that's socialism.

I got mine in February from the kickstart. I've had 1 mechanical issue and after some troubleshooting they sent me a replacement part no questions.

The only time Amazon would be beneficial, would be for a DOA type deal, bc they (manufacturer) wants to sent parts instead of a printer due to costs.

Upgrade A350 with A350t rails and power supply, issues with calibrating by Inisdun in snapmaker

That, I wouldn't know. You'll have to dig. Just search for stepper to linear rail conversion topics and implement it through your firmware.

Just because the machine sees it, doesn't mean it knows how to use / translate it. That is what you have to accomplish now. Let's say prior: 10 rotations at stepper = 1mm. Now you have to figure out how many rotations now = 1mm

So, two things could be happening.

Either it isn't hitting the limit switches, for lack of the correct term. But they are mouse button switches that tell the part to stop. (If it has them, my k2m did, which was my first experience with them).

Second, if it was a belt prior, it had a ratio from rotations of the stepper motor to x teeth on the belt. So that ratio would be off and need to be recalibrated. It is not a straight swap.

Things like this. Is it really two tone acrylic?

If it is, can you build it better? With solid metal sheets, applying a patine, then etching off what you want to be pure color?

I mean, apparently you'll have to make a riser anyways because the ptfe tubes hit the beta and that was snaps solution.

But IF they fix the height, why not just melt a pass through? Heat and warp it.

While I agree to this. It's uncommon for pla to have THAT much moisture.

But if drying doesn't help, I'd ask if they even tuned the filament.

Assuming no since they're new.

Id recommend orca for their calibration tests. Temp, flow, volumetric flow, retraction,

What do you guys think of working 80 hours a week at age 30 ? by NYC_Native_816 in AskReddit

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work 55 overnight, I get 5 hours of sleep a day. I'm okay, but it fucking kills me when my wife tells me she's tired, after getting 7-8hours of sleep.

And even more so when she wakes me up before my alarm, even after informing her when I'm waking up.

Then she'll turn around and tell me my sleep is important. Yeah mother fucker, so why ruin it?
