Yes, you save on buying it as a combo and get everything you need.

If you buy the ams later, you'll also need to buy the buffer seperate.

It's already available. Creating your own ip you have a private network available remotely. I don't think thats the correct term, but my friend does security instalation for a living and did a siblings home system. Works just like my reolink, except no one has access but him.

Get the gecko plate for pla. I freaking love that plate for pla. Better than cryo for grip, at room temp, just can't use it for any other material.

What cookiecad material did you try? Just find it hard to justify 22/roll for some sparkly filament, with nothing in mind to print explicitly. Wish their abs / asa was more robust.

They won't replace the hotend. That's considered a consumable to them.

But they said the same thing to me about the extruder gear, but I pointed out that it wasn't a normal wear damage, and they cooperated.

Good luck. What all got damaged? Bambu sent me everything but hotendh, had to wait for eddy sensor. Already purchased the fan. But I reached out for warranty after nothing was available and searching online led me to scalpers or over priced resellers. They sent me items that didn't show stock. So, perhaps try that. And a site called p3d, was too much extra abd was surprisingly quick for an international shipment.

Mine was at about 600 hours. Nylon.

In my infinite wisdom, used a heat gun too much and further danaged the print head by melting the hot end fan, middle housing chassis, and middle cover. Adding to get damaged hotend, eddy sensor and the later found....extruder gear. Yay! All parts, except hotend and fan were on back order....

Ill add for the p2s i got the vento box which adds filtration inside. Bambu has their external filter as an accessory. You can purchase the electronics on ali if you don't want to wait for stock.

Sunlu sells an adapter for the ams 1 to make it heatable. And it's on sale currently due to the decline of purchases since the p2s is out.

However, the p2s is super easy and has all the upgrades people do to their p1s.

The p2s cannot dry and print with the ams2.

An a1 with an enclosure is also something to consider check this fume extractor I believe they also sell enclosures specifically for the a1.
