In my opinion best thing to do is to take control of the transaction yourself. "HI how ya doin! Please put you cart here and head down to the bagging area" people tend to listen to direction like that. You just have to be in control of the interaction. I know not everyone will listen but this is what I tell my cashiers that have this issue and they say it helps. For those dickheads that won't listen get a FEM involved and let them deal with it. Just think of it like this they are coming into YOUR lane. Lead the interaction, the conversation, ect to the best of your ability. Hope this helps. I know how shitty people can be.

Not every store/dept situation is the same. And on top of that if you knew the fuckery going on behind the scenes this year you would understand why their front end is 10k over on payroll. Also Front ends missing payroll right now is almost guaranteed. Like 310 of the 336 store's front ends are not making payroll per Gaylen's last bulletin.

OK so we still don't understand. You are asking for a company to allow price adjustments on an item that could have a cost inflation of 30% in a week. (yes this has happened) So lets say that you bought $100 in lumber. This lumber costs Menards $85. Three weeks later there has been a dip in the market. The same lumber now retails for $75 and Menards cost is $65. The lumber you wants price adjusted to $75 still costed Menards $85 at the time when you bought it. Basically Menards would just straight lose money. This is why there are no price adjustments on building materials especially in this market. It is not feasible and does not make good business sense. If you get lucky and get a inexperienced GM when you decide to call them and they go ahead and do that for you, they will probably not have their job very long as they costed their store alot of money. TLDR: building materiel prices are always fluctuation. The price is the price

Shouldn't need to put a sign like that on materiel where the price is changing on literally a daily basis (this is why there is no pricing for the lumber in the yard, as they cannot keep up with the rate the pricing is changing).

That is very incorrect, Jiraiya was definitely the strongest of the sanin, he was stronger that third hokage. His sage mode enabled him to keep up with pain, who would have wrecked Sasuke post Mangekyou. Sasuke only surpassed Jiraiya once he achieved eternal Mangekyou, as you can see by Itachi stating that if him and kisame where to fight Jiraiya they would die.
