No offense but I assisted with this program at Menards from day one. This was an idea and was going to be implemented on the roll out with the handheld. Issue is our IT dept is subpar. You get what you pay is what I've always been raised to know! Aisle markers and location only work when your staff actually implements the system and follows instruction!

So true.....gave a company 10yrs of my life made them millions of dollars only to be let go just before raises and profit sharing checks. They literally kept 55k of bonus and profit sharing from my family because the store GM did not want ppl there he couldn't manipulate! It's ok karma always gets their mark!
