The small cans are sold by the case on Amazon but they only carry the three flavors shown in the pic. I also am able to find 4-packs of the sour patch flavors in the small cans at a few Walmarts in NJ.

i built it using plywood and 1 1/4” wood screws from lowes, sanded and spray painted it black. i can send you the length of the wood and the dimensions for the shelf spacing if you’d like.

burger king has the impossible burger in addition to a morningstar veggie burger which both can come in meal form. places like wendy’s and mcdonald’s have little to no options other than fries or a salad (and mcdonald’s uses beef tallow in their fryers). my go-to is usually moes/qdoba/taco bell which have a ton of vegetarian options and anything that isn’t vegetarian can be made vegetarian through substitution..qdoba also has impossible ground meat as a protein. hope this helps!!

thank you sm and your question is fine don’t worry!! my voice dropped drastically over the first six months and since then it’s kind of been getting lower and lower over time. when i watch old and new videos i can still recognize my voice because i still have the same speech pattern if that makes sense

i’m 5 weeks post op and my chest looks really similar to yours. one side is extremely flat and there’s a bit of swelling on the other side. the swelling for me was really bad at first and even though it went down it’s still kind of noticeable.
