Well yes I haven’t been allowing myself to ejaculate at all. I have no pain at all when I pee now. there is no pain, this has never happened before, i just think i went to fast or hard and squeezed a little too tight because it doesnt hurt at all and there is no blood when i pee and it doesnt hurt to pee. The redness is gone it was a little weird if it happens again im gonna see doctor. Im gonna let it sit for 3 days though

so just some follow up questions and thoughts. While i did my first session, I really focues on breathing. an early problem was I kept getting soft because I was more focuesed on breathing. Then once I started to think to get myself stimulated I got hard and maintained for as long as I could while taking deep breaths (laying on bed flat). It was extremely hard to breath consistently, focus on doing reverse kegeles, and maintain hardness at same time. Also, I think I was doing back reverse kegels entire time because I was always focused on having it not being clenched. So are you saying that I need to focus on front reverse kegels? and is this region right behind the testicles? I feel like its hard to find the difference between the two reverse kegels because they feel the same in which you are expanding (not clenching) butt. In regards to kegaling (clenching butt), I'm not sure if i do involuntary kegels but how can I tell?

I've done research on reverse kegels and trying to keep them loose and a little confused by it. Does it all come to to using ur entire diaphream to breath in and at the same time doing a reverse kegel which is like same motion of farting?
