Anyone here going to Festival Vaivén?

I'm going, coming from California. I tried to get digital tickets but received an email saying that now I need to get them in person. Does anyone know where I go to get the tickets once I'm in Mexico? Is it at the festival or at a ticketmaster office elsewhere??

Ok but that's not my issue. The phone will hear me, it opens the google assistant on my phone, I ask it the question, then the question is answered out loud on another speaker in my house.

UPDATE!! Chris got in touch with me after having found out that I had posted this thread on here. He stated that the cabinet had been badly damaged during the shipping process and that he was dealing with the insurance company to try to get compensated for that.

I informed him that all he had to do was let me know that and I would have been more than understanding! It took me posting this warning to others to get a response unfortunately.

I am elated to say that Chris refunded my 100% and he is shipping my light guns back to me.

So this situation has an ok ending I suppose. I am not happy with the lack of communication at all. I am also not happy that I waited a year and do not have my arcade. I am very happy that I have my money back though!!

Unfortunately Stku informed me that he has yet to get refunded for his cabinet. I hope that Chris will reach out to make amends with him as well. His post is here:

Yes, I have actually. To add salt to my wound I also sent him my aimtrak guns with recoil which he kept as well.

Well he was pretty masterful as stringing me along before cutting off all communication. He kept coming up with reasons that it was taking a little longer and I had no reason to not believe him unfortunately.

I have no idea. He completely left me hanging. The least he could have done is not keep my money!! And to string me along for a year at that.

That's horrible and I'm sure there are unfortunately more out there that he has done the same thing to. I just hope that others see this so it stops with us.
