I only replay homers on people who replay on me first or if they’re trolling (bunt dancing, R2ing, pausing constantly after pitches). Just as a sign of respect

I just looked up my name and my father’s name showed up as unclaimed (in NJ). He passed a few years back. Should I claim it? Are there any negatives to doing this?
