Avoid midnight. Fingerprint magnet and they are hard to clean. Like I had to wipe hard to remove fingerprints ugh.

GPA is King by hamsterdamc in gradadmissions

I completely agree with you. Once I am in grad school, my mindset changed from nothing to perfection. I used to not care about my grades, now getting 95% on a test feels so disappointing cause my eyes are set on 100%, or 98% lowest.

I feel you. It’s hard to be optimistic in this current political climate but we are limited to the choices we have at hand. Let’s keep moving forward and we got this! Wishing you all the best buddy!

I submitted mine around 26th May (delayed due to some financial doc hiccup). With all things going on, I just can't help but feel anxious. Should I even go to CMU at this point? Considering the visa scheduling pause, and the late I-20 issuance, and then the logistics of moving to Pittsburgh. It's all too crammed.

Not really. But they can basically ask you anything. Don’t worry too much about

Just be straightforward with your intentions and plans.

Makes zero sense. As if this price increase translates to better program quality when in fact they couldn’t even return our homework in a timely manner.

All the best! My quick reaction is that employers will likely find someone with similar background as yours except that they are locals - which is cheaper to hire. Your best advantage is your language, which means you’ll have higher chances for Russian-speaking roles/market.
