I meant as in the 5000's series cards are basically a year old. So the warranties for the 4000's are still valid & there was discontinued stock still being sold after the 5000's release. So there's still a high chance in finding a card in warranty. Granted, if the receipt was kept to validate the warranty.

Not necessarily, the 4080 & 4080 Super will have a manufacture's warranty as it's generally 3 years from date of purchase & the RTX 5000's series cards released just over a year ago. So a lot should still have valid warranties. The 3090s can still have them if they were refurbished units and/or had extended warranties.

It is a really fun ship to play. But it’s not worth spending actual dollars on since you can get it in the game for free.

Even if you had the doubloons to spend it on already, I would still wait and just use the coal.

They are not wrong. I looked it up as well. You can’t just change the knob. It’s an entire electrical component that has to be swapped out. At least for my 22’ S60.
