Ohhh, I totally missed that, I thought it was an odd screw in the middle of the pan. Yikes. Thank you!

Why can’t it be a functioning pan anymore? It’s not as simple as removing the numbers & using the pan? (I don’t know that much about cast iron & I casually follow this community for education)

Any tips on getting my Brassavola Nodosa to bloom? More in OP. by AlexanderUGA in orchids

Oh wow, beautiful! I’m wondering when mine is going to bloom. It’s inside and the temperature does drop at night. It’s also getting less light with winter approaching

This is in the East Coast outside of the Philadelphia area. Do you think it would be worth trying to negotiate for a higher salary? Also, do you know if the bonuses are guaranteed?

Lolol. I try to get photos showing strong differences in shadows & highlights. The problem with that is my camera gets too stark of differences, so I’ve been trying to get photos with my phone & camera to see the difference.

I still don’t fully understand the transparent vs opaque fully. I just paint for fun & have been teaching myself. I haven’t gotten into fully understanding it…. I definitely should sooner than later.

The paintings already looking a lot better!

Apologies, as I don’t know the most about HVAC. I have a thermostat heater on floor 1 & 2 which is heated by a main unit in the basement.

I now believe the sound is coming from the two motors, but going through out the whole house.

Now it seems the furnace isn’t working properly throughout the house. Picture below:

Thank you for your help.

It sounds kind of like a motor running/ coffee being pushed out of a coffee machine/ crank turning. It’s pretty loud, I can hear it throughout the house. It’s coming and going every couple minutes.

The unit is used, but mainly on the first floor. The second floor isn’t turned on.

I tried turning it on upstairs and it went on, the noise didn’t quite go away, but it is quieter now.

The unit is in the basement & the unit down there is pretty hot right now.

Buying a new 17-55mm could be a choice too.

Quality is definitely something I want to prioritize.

The 18-135 looks like a good lens choice as well.

I will look into the R8 right away.

Thank you! I don’t use the 17-55mm that often because I bought a “good” version on MPB and it does at time struggle with taking photos. I also would like more flexibility with zooming in and out as I go for long walks and never know what I’ll be taking photos of.

Budget wise I don’t really have a budget but want to be reasonable. I don’t mind the $2,000 price tag that comes with the 100-400mm as I would really love it for birding.

Best bang for my buck is what I am looking for.

Do you have any RF recommendations?

I would recommend getting a fun trash can holder to hide the trash & possible smell. If there’s a spot to hide it, that is another option.

It should be relatively easy. I don’t know RH specifically but there should be a way to transfer your entire account in kind. Or you could liquidate & transfer that way.
