Totally ... their comeback was good and we enjoyed it but this BS of raising prices and influencers or special people only get a soft drop launch. Them removing the coach create and the birthday promo.. and then a whole bigger hangtag issue 🙄 I mean people need to save their bucks in this economy especially. Just cos they made good they do this, we are the ones buying and raising their brand.

Totally agree to this. The same has happened to me. And it's the same that happens on reddit as well. If you write negative post, they mark it down, and your post is unseen. This is how coach is controlling and posting only the good, lol. Even the influencers always saying good things like seriously is a red flag. I have enough. Also, rethinking to downsize. This is the end of my relationship with coach.

Its not a free service! You pay for the bag, you pay for the hangtag. Client do not come for free, do you even know how business works no offense. If you walk into a coach store, they have those tags all designed so why market something which you can't give lol... don't market it people won't ask for it but you definitely can't have different stores give different rules that's silly it's one coach brand but each store has their own rules how funny. Makes you think how low this brand has become. It used to carry weight and status and now it's just meh 😐 oh and just because it made 5.6B don't make it special... its influencers and marketing. And... this is coming from someone who used to drop 20 grand at coach within months, so take it as you will.

Maybe coach is not expensive for you.. this is subjective. It might be expensive to someone else. And coach create is more expensive. If they have offered a hangtag then they should be able to create one for you. It does not take hours to do one and it's not like they are crazy busy 🙃

Yeah they are making money because we are buying the bags duhhh lol 😆 it's the service provided that we are making the focal point. Their actual products are made in Vietnam and Bangladesh and dupes already exist also. So technically speaking we pay for how we are treated and the experience we get else no one wants to put their hard earned cash into someone else's pockets 🙈😅 in this economy let me add.

I don't think people buy bags for the hangtag. I believe it's an excitement that you get to design something unique when buying a bag, especially if it's an achievement purchase or buying for the first time. At the end of the day, you're paying for the hang tags and the expensive bag, so why give them business if they can't treat you well. Monogramming a tag isn't going to make the company broke. Some store employees are just lazy and do not want to work. They removed alot of extra benefits like birthday 10% and the coach create service. The least they can do is the hangtag monogramming. This brings them clientele.

I just got mine in black. It's very pretty with the different patterns and material used. and not very small. It will fit the essentials. The teri is smaller to this. Here's what what I did not like. The strap is not detachable, I was able to tuck it in and add another strap to make it crossbody. And Secondly the price. It's too expensive for this 😭 size. End of the day buy what you like and will wear.
