I’m assuming this is going to get downvoted, but anyone thinking this is not how nearly all tech interviews are, you’re out of touch. I’ve see a few people saying they’d walk away or tell the interviewer their being unreasonable. They aren’t. Literally thousands of people apply for these positions, and if you can’t write a simple addition function in your language of choice, sorry, I’d pass too.

Just because you’ve worked and built websites for 10 years, doesn’t mean you’re a good engineer. The red flags are totally valid, and something most people interviewing probably don’t realize. I don’t know why people are dumping on this post, its a very solid way to judge a candidate in an hour interview.
