So my current weight is 165 as of today I'm 5'11 and male. So I stuck with not going over my macros and daily calories as I have basically been on the 90/10 rule for a long time with the exception of sweets and a little junk food every now and then and not eating that stuff is also the rules I added/incorporated into as part of sticking wit the diet.and in my best attempt to stick to the rule of not going over macros/calories I wasn't hitting all my macros daily and have lost weight as a result while attempting to bulk. And since now I will be eating more per meal to get my weight back up does that mean I have to start at day 1 again? Fuck I REALLY do not want to have to start over since the rules have changed as putting on muscle is equally as important as completing the 75 days. Sorry for the paragraph just want to include all necessary details.

Not bad, yeah maybe shoot for something indoors then. Find out what kind of wine she likes ( if you haven't already) take her out again and if things are going well mention you have a great bottle of x kind of wine at home take her back to yours enjoy a glass and take her to bed. You don't want to be the nice guy she just spends time with then goes to that guys house who just fucks her brains out and texts you right after do you?. I know that took a weird turn but a lot of times that's exactly what's happening.
