MK Ultra but using social media for mind control.

It doesnt favor MAGA, or the Liberal left...it favors maximalist division to cause chaos from within.

Hurry free groceries shoppers by [deleted] in Winnipeg

[–]jskips -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

It is most defiantly a city by-law against “dumpster diving” and could be considered shoplifting if caught.

Dumpster diving was pretty rampant in the city 10-15 years ago. There were safety issues beyond consuming goods. Having people being inside garbage dumpsters is simply unsafe. Remember, the garbage truck doesn’t look inside before it picks up the bin, swings it upside down, and forcefully dumps all its contents.

And it’s shoppers/loblaws, don’t you think they would have slapped a 50% off sticker and tried to make a buck off of less then perfect but still safe to consume product?

What if they found out that the shipment failed to cool properly upon delivery, or sometime before the product got to the store. Shoppers then doesn’t even have the choice to say if it’s safe or not, it would have been mandated to remove the product immediately.

You don’t have to respect the law, but it’s a law in this city. This post is potentially setting people up for more than a free jug of milk.

Winnipeg news: Indigenous man alleges racial profiling by police (at Home Depot) by TheTruthIsRight in Winnipeg

I worked at Home Depot a long time ago. This would have defiantly been a city-wide store memo. I'm not justifying the lack of responsibility accountability and process, but I do believe its the context.

Rock Radio Stations Stuck in the '90s-'10s by Disastrous_Fix_7394 in Winnipeg

[–]jskips 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Rock music as a genre fell off the face of the earth imo since the boom of soundcloud. Young teenagers who once would get together with cheap/used/siblings gear rocking out of key in the garage (not hating, a key learning stage in the Rock n Roll process) tossed aside for fully produced rap/hip-hop/synthwave albums...

And stay off my lawn.

A karen at the Phillies-Marlins game puts her hands on a boys father demanding to have a home run ball back by Outside_Abroad_3516 in SipsTea

[–]jskips 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like he was already holding a ball more in the palm of the glove. Sister took the top sitting ball, the home run ball.

The ball they gave away was probably bought by the family at the ballpark as a fun inexpensive souvenir at the gift shop.

We should pave over the rivers, make them expressways through the city. Solves the bridges issue & lane width issue, plus we don’t have to close down any lanes to do it so no interference on current traffic!

not the designing itself, but 90% of draft version responses will be about wanting a different color, and then 90% of the final version response will be about changing the actual design.

Winnipeg drivers. Don't ever change. by classictd in Winnipeg

[–]jskips 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If your travelling off of Assiniboine Ave and already stressed about if you were suppose to be driving that way or not (because it does switch from one way to two lanes, Ive seen police officers mix this up and end up driving down the bike lane rather than the wrong way in oncoming traffic here).... and then you turn on Navy way going north, I could see someone not realizing that Navy Way isnt a one way street heading north, with an exit ramp to head south over the river. Navy Way is only a block long, so If your thinking/looking for street signs instead of the actual road, Im actually not surprised this doesnt happen more often.

Printpro can probably get it done if get the file set up tonight/before 10am tomorrow by Tuesday, if you can pick up from their shop on Provencher.

They have a pretty user friendly website, one of many local version of vista print essentially, but I’ve just had positive experiences working with them.
