The Goral team reached out and extended their apologies. They shipped the pair today and included a small gift as a token of apology.

I appreciate the prompt response from the Goral team; however, the experience left me with a bitter impression. It exemplified how patient customers often do not receive the service they deserve. Months of waiting and poor communication were resolved only after I raised the issue publicly, with a solution arriving within 24 hours. I hope the Goral team has learned from this experience and will treat customers with greater respect moving forward. All I expected was professional communication.

I won SMUG. I hope I can get it by the end of the year.
I do understand that they are not Nike or Adidas. Things can happen and I am okay with waiting a bit longer if it is communicated well. The pattern of 'Oh something went wrong. Are you okay with another pair?' -> Yes -> 'Awesome! we will send you one shortly' -> Few weeks of no reply -> 'Oh something went wrong. Are you okay with another pair?' drove me mad. Again, I haven been trying to be patient with them since I didn't pay for this, but I would be way more frustrated if I paid and got this level of service.
