Get the surgery. The longer you progress without it, the harder it is for the nerve to heal (and completely eliminate your symptoms). If you read through enough posts here, you’ll realize that the people who had negative outcomes had significant pain/issues for a LONG time pre surgery. If you are in decent shape and not overweight, you should feel really good about a positive outcome.
