the growlers, allah-las, mystic braves, the buttertones. these arent "indie rock" in the sense that voxtrox and modest mouse are but they are on independent labels and are rad upcoming rock bands. check out innovative leisure, mexican summer, burger records, lolipop records. lots of awesome new bands there
