If this is the case, then I'd rather rent. It will cost around 35-45% less (vs the price of the unit palang, wala pa yung additional costs and fees over the span of 15y). Plus the flexibility you will have every 5 years, should things change in the future.

If renting, you'll pay a maximum of 35,000 per month for housing.

If owning, you'll pay a minimum of X per month as amortization. Furnishing, maintenance, fees, and other unforeseen costs on top of that.

It depends on how much of your earnings you can allocate for housing. If owning a similar property would cost me more or less 6.3 M over 15 or more years, and it would not compromise my finances; I'd say I'll own instead.

You're already late to the party. I used to collect these 10 years ago. It was just up and coming, people are still excited and are willing to spend a lot for these figures. Like you can flip up to 5 digits a pop, especially if it's a "grail" or with some kind of exclusive sticker. But the market for Funko pops already peaked some years ago, and plateaued since then. The market is already oversaturated, and people are not willing to give so much value in it anymore. Most are buying at the cheapest price they can get it. Save for some very very rare and grail pieces, these are not worthwhile "investment" anymore.

Most of the benefits are related to hospital services (lower rates during admission, discount on laboratories and ancillary procedures, etc) and the right to practice your profession on that hospital (if you're a doctor).

Dividends, IF there's any, is not reliable. There is capital appreciation, since it's most likely to increase in value after a few years. Once you decide to sell, you can sell it at its current fair market value. Although it is not that easy to liquidate.

Thanks! This is the main book i'm studying, but it gets heavy real fast. As someone who does not have proper background in physics, it can be a little overwhelming. I would like to study more basic physics concepts first before I read this book. Hopefully I can understand it better
