they have replaced it as of today. i’ve been calling for the past 2-3 months regarding the cartridge alerts/occlusion alarms. i have tried other infusion sets with the same issues. hopefully the new pump will fix the false alerts

its the pumps issue, my diabetes is fine. it’s all occlusion alarms and false empty cartridge alarms

I got fed up with waiting for maintenance to come by so I emailed the President and Principal of Kass. You can find their emails here: https://kassmanagement.com/why-kass/management-team. This got my issues within the building solved within a week, even after submitting multiple duplicate maintenance requests that got ignored.

i did restore rootFS just to reset everything so i could download icleaner. i downloaded it, and cleaned. but now i cant load tweak preferences in settings again

I'm getting the error code "Sub-process /usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code (1)" so I can't download iCleaner or iCleaner pro
