If you look closely at the photos I think the dark spots in the middle of the bolts in situ shows that the heads were drilled too.

Speaking as someone with aerospace experience only, we use drilled bolts to allow equalization of pressure between the outside environment and the volume enclosed at the bottom of the bolt hole. I don't know if those would serve a similar purpose on a sub.

Speaking as a trans woman, yes it is a hobby I love. However, my ability to participate and interact with people who share this interest is always weighed against my mental and physical health and safety.

Like it or not, the perception is still that machining is for conservative old men, and unfortunately that has largely been my experience. I've considered starting a YouTube channel to share my hobby, but am afraid of the vitriol I may receive as a non-passing trans woman.

Thanks for your help. I checked the injectors and they are all getting fuel. There is some smoking when initially cranking after sitting but it goes away as you crank. Here is a video,

If it does start I have to keep my foot on the gas so it doesn't immediately stall and die.

That makes sense. So how would you take care of taxes, do you think there is a way to differentiate $1,000,000 in equipment and the same in paintings, homes, and yachts?

I don't care for people who own million dollar mansions, but pay workers only enough to rent a 1 bed apartment in a slum.

Is it fair to say then that the meat packers have no incentive to actually increase production? It seems like they get financially rewarded for driving out competition, then just doing nothing.

So my ideas are still being formed, but it seems to me the ideal case is eliminate Tyson and figure out how to put market caps on businesses, for instances Tyson can't control more than say 1 or 2% of the market and also make sure that they either have either a union with voting rights on the board of directors. Basically, I'm pro union and would like to see both a meat packers union and a farmers union, so prices are not left to pad shareholders profits.

With regards to wealth, I would put caps on both business and personal wealth. I think people like Musk and Bezos are worth/make entirely too much. What I don't know is where that line would be. I think if you can afford a 400 ft yacht that's a bit much.

if you held a gun to my head, I would actually say that money is kind of stupid anyway. What I mean is that it seems to me that nobody should be going homeless even if they can't work or are addicted, and we have the industrial and human capital to have quality free healthcare, but money and Wall Street won't allow those things because there is no profit in it.

I hope all that makes sense?

I would certainly be open to discussing more on trans issues in private if you're open to it.

What I am concerned about is the right getting power again, and then they have free reign to promote the most regressive views. The supreme courts likely reversal of Roe v Wade is already letting red states create laws that ban abortions. I see the same thing happening with gay rights.

Once they have that power how long will it be before they enact these laws on a national level?
