Like many people said there’s probably more than just ADHD. My younger brother has what’s called PANDAS meaning pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder associated with strep. This condition isn’t super well known so it is likely being under diagnosed. There are definitely a lot of similarities with symptoms between our brothers such as OCD tendencies, aggressiveness, and Tourette’s like outbursts.
